YouTube can be quite addictive, especially when you are forced to stay indoors. You start watching one interesting short video and then get redirected to several others And before you could realize, you end up spending a couple of hours on YouTube. This may put some in guilt, thinking they could have spent those YouTube hours to get some household work done or some other work.

To help you know how much time you spend on a daily basis, YouTube offers a digital wellbeing feature on both Android and iOS apps. Here’s how to check your YouTube usage time:

-Open the YouTube app on your iPhone or Android phone
-Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner. The location is the same in both Android and iOS apps
-Tap on Time watched
The ‘Time Watched’ feature gives you an exact dashboard view of how much time you have spent on YouTube by quoting daily average time and weekly statistics. This time is calculated across all the devices that are linked to your YouTube account

Twitter

Twitter is set to change the way how people to tweet. In a blog post, Twitter announced that it is introducing voice-based tweets. “Starting today, we’re testing a new feature that will add a more human touch to the way we use Twitter – your very own voice,” said the company in a blog post. You’ll see your profile photo with the record button at the bottom – tap this to record your voice.
Each voice tweet captures up to 140 seconds of audio and once you reach the time limit, a new voice tweet starts automatically to create a thread.

WhatsApp

WhatsApp is reportedly working on a new search filter for its chat platform. According to a report in WABetaInfo, the app will soon allow users to search for messages by date on WhatsApp.

The reports said that the ‘search by date’ feature will come with a calendar icon that will appear whenever users use the in-chat search option. even includes screenshots to show how it may appear on iOS users.

The screenshots shared in the report show the calendar icon on the top of the keyboard. Tapping on this in the app will allow users to select a date/date range. The report also claims that even though the screenshots are of iOS, the ‘search by date’ is expected to be rolled out to Android users too soon.
The Search image on the web feature will be available in the future.WhatsApp is testing the feature before the release: it’s currently under development and unfortunately, there isn’t any release date available.
